HypnoBirthing is a complete childbirth education course, preparing you & your birth companion for pregnancy, birth, and bonding with your baby.

You’ll get birth education, learn deep relaxation, self-hypnosis, special breathing techniques, visualization &  affirmations. You’ll release fear, be more relaxed, have less pain (or even no pain), and birth your baby smoothly, as nature intended.

When you’re properly prepared for birthing physically, mentally and emotionally, everything will just flow.

The end result is a happy, healthy and calm baby and Mom!

Next Class starts Sat, MAY 8, 2021

  • It’s a 5 week course, 2.5 hours/week, @ Health Solutions in Grand Baie or Mont Choisy Mall (depending on the # of participants) from 9am-11:30am
  • There are three courses held per year, in January, May, and September.
  • The best time to start the class is when you’re between 13 to 32 weeks of pregnancy.

Pricing – 11,900 Rs

  • 2,000 Rs deposit reserves your spot, and is due at least 3 weeks before the start date, to ensure you get the materials on time.
  • The next payment is 4,000 Rs, due on the start date of class.
  • The remaining 5,900Rs is due 2 days before the 3rd class.
  • Note: if you pay all at once, at least 3 weeks before the course start date, the total price is reduced to 11,500Rs.
