A complete childbirth education course, preparing you & your birth companion for pregnancy, birth, and bonding with your baby. It’s a 5 week course, 2.5 hours/week, @ Health Solutions in Grand Baie.

You’ll learn birth education, deep relaxation, self-hypnosis, special breathing techniques, visualization &  affirmations. You’ll release fear, be more relaxed, have less pain (or even no pain), and birth your baby smoothly, as nature intended.

When you’re properly prepared for birthing physically, mentally and emotionally, everything will just flow.

There are 3 classes held per year, in January, May, and September.

The next group course starts Tues Jan 12, 2021 from 9:00am to 11:30am.

The best time to start the class is when you’re between 13 to 32 weeks of pregnancy.

  • 2,000 Rs deposit reserves your spot, and is due at least 3 weeks before the start date, to ensure you get the materials on time.
  • The next payment is 4,000 Rs, due on the start date of class. 
  • The remaining 5,900Rs is due 2 days before the 3rd class. 
  • Note: if you pay all at once, at least 3 weeks before the course start date, the total price is reduced to 11,500Rs.

A HypnoNewMom mini course :). It’s intent is to help a new mom move through all of the changes with ease. 

Given feedback received, everyone was very happy with the HypnoBirthing course, but wanted to keep up the relaxation and have ways to prepare for the massive life changes of having a baby. I would’ve loved to have had this. This is a bonus, so that you feel you have continuous support through pregnancy, birth, and beyond!

There is a thorough guided meditation covering the psychological adjustment on the following: getting closure after birth, body image, recovery, breastfeeding, soothing your baby, sorting through confusion of being a new mom, gaining intuition, nurturing your relationship, getting sleep, and prioritizing yourself! Basically, it’s all of the things that I needed going into that next phase of life.
