Mauritian Moringa Soup Recipe

Ingredients
 12 tbsp coconut oil
 12 onions, chopped
 23 garlic cloves, minced
 1 Inch ginger, minced
 3 tomatoes, skins removed, chopped
 4 cups water
 ½ kg moringa leaves, stems removed
 Salt & pepper
Directions

Sauté onions in oil for a few minutes

Add garlic & ginger. Cook for a few minutes

Add tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes

Add water

Once boiled, add moringa & cook for 20 minutes.
